We have a 5 days return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
-Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and you must contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
-Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on items bought in any events/bazars or on sale items (e.g. Black Friday, Mega Sale, Christmas sale, End of season sale…etc.).
To start a return or exchange, you can contact us at solas.studios.clo@gmail.com . If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions of the return process.
Once the return is approved, you will receive a refund and any existing fees will be deducted after we get the order back:
If you paid on receipt, a refund will be made by a InstaPay, Telda, Mobile wallets or Bank transfer.
If you paid with a payment card, a refund will be made on the same payment card you used to make an order.
In case of return, delivery fees will be on the customer unless there is a problem with the order.
